The other day I was helping kids make a healthy snack. Ashley and I were having almonds and craisins. She asked me, "Have you ever had these with carmel?" I answered, "No." She responded, "I did at the Apple Cajun festival."
"The apple cajun festival?" I said quizzically
"Yes." she replied
"I have never heard of that, when did you go there?"
"Last year with my mommy."
"The Apple Cajun festival?" I asked again.
"Maybe it was the application festival? I am not sure."
A light bulb went on for me..."Ash, was it the Appalachian festival?"
"Yeah...that's it. Whatever."
